Laure L. Dudley, RN, MS, Consultant
Laure L. Dudley, RN, MS, is a consultant with The Greeley Company, a division of HCPro, Inc., in Marblehead, MA. She has more than 30 years of healthcare experience in management, compliance, clinical operations, product development, quality and performance improvement services, and program support and service delivery in a variety of settings.
Dudley specializes in supporting accreditation and regulatory compliance through evaluation, preparation, and performance improvement activities.
Most recently, Dudley served as executive director at The Joint Commission, overseeing strategic planning and promotion of multiple accreditation and certifications programs. In this role, she was responsible for the development of new clinical evaluation programs including standards and survey processes, most notably in chronic care disease management. During her tenure, she led the development and implementation of evaluation programs in conjunction with CMS coverage decision requirements. Her experiences have supported cultivating extensive client input and collaboration through assessments of quality programs in the acute care, postacute, and ambulatory settings.
Dudley has held vice president positions in medical management including eight years with a large national insurer. Her experience also includes primary care and occupational health practice management in an integrated delivery health system and an IPA. She has held staff and management positions in both teaching and community hospitals. Dudley also has served as adjunct faculty in the Healthcare Leadership baccalaureate degree program at National-Louis University in Wheaton, IL.
Dudley earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s degree in management and organizational behavior with a concentration in organizational development from Benedictine University.
