Lisa Eddy, RN, CPHQ, Senior Consultant

Lisa Eddy, RN, CPHQ, is a senior consultant with The Greeley Company, a division of HCPro, Inc., in Marblehead, MA. She brings more than 22 years of experience in Joint Commission, CMS, HFAP, and NCQA accreditation and certification to her work with hospitals and healthcare organizations across the country

Eddy’s background in nursing administration, quality, and risk management enables her to apply real-world healthcare knowledge to the challenges of meeting regulatory requirements. She specializes in preparing organizations for accreditation and implementing solution-based, continuous accreditation readiness programs. She is also heavily involved in Greeley’s practice of helping organizations facing post-survey adverse action and/or CMS decertification—clarifying requirements for improvement and developing CMS action plans. In addition, Eddy is instrumental in facilitating implementation strategies for performance improvement and quality management systems and she serves as a senior advisor to many Greeley Center for Healthcare Accreditation clients.

Eddy is a speaker and educator at client-requested and national seminars and workshops, focusing on successful Joint Commission and CMS survey readiness, performance improvement, healthcare leadership, education, management, and operations.

Prior to joining The Greeley Company, Eddy served as vice president of professional services at a national healthcare publication and consulting firm, where she was responsible for product development and implementation. She has functioned as a project specialist for online healthcare regulatory compliance education programs and has performed clinical authoring, editing, and proofing of healthcare regulatory compliance publications and videos.

Eddy holds an active license as an RN. She received both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from California State University, Dominquez Hills, and holds a Master in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is certified in professional healthcare quality (CPHQ) through NAHQ and is an active member of ASHRM.
