Barbara LeTourneau, MD, MBA, FACPE, FACEP, Senior Consultant

Barbara LeTourneau, MD, MBA, FACPE, FACEP, is a senior consultant with The Greeley Company, a division of HCPro, Inc., in Marblehead, MA. She brings more than 25 years of clinical and administrative experience to her work with physicians and hospitals nationwide.

Dr. LeTourneau’s many roles in senior medical administration positions make her qualified to help physicians and hospitals develop solutions to their most challenging problems. She has consulted, authored, and presented on a wide range of healthcare management topics, including medical staff affairs, medical staff structure and bylaws redesign, physician discipline, infrastructure design and implementation, work process and social system redesign, medical policy, physician performance evaluation, credentialing, and quality and performance management.

Dr. LeTourneau is a board-certified emergency medicine physician who currently practices emergency medicine part-time in St. Paul, MN. Her experience also includes clinical and administrative positions at several healthcare institutions, including associate clinical professor, staff emergency physician, vice president of medical affairs, president, medical director, and medical director of emergency services.

Dr. LeTourneau is a graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Medicine and received her residency training in emergency medicine at Hennepin County Medical Center. She earned an MBA from the College of St. Thomas School of Business.
