Kenneth Rohde, Senior Consultant

Kenneth Rohde is a senior consultant for patient safety and process improvement with The Greeley Company, a division of HCPro, Inc., in Marblehead, MA. He brings more than 27 years of experience in quality management to his work with physicians, hospitals, and healthcare organizations across the country.

Prior to joining The Greeley Company, Rohde served as director at Performance Improvement International and director of corrective actions process at Westinghouse Electric Company. He has participated in and managed projects to improve business effectiveness and business development for healthcare, nuclear power, and manufacturing facilities around the globe.

Rohde’s roles in performance improvement and project management make him uniquely qualified to assist medical staffs and hospital leaders in developing solutions to their toughest challenges. He instructs, presents, and consults in the areas of patient safety and human performance evaluation; improvement and error reduction strategies; risk management and corrective action program evaluation and redesign; root cause and apparent cause analysis; improving performance through process management; effective procedure writing; failure modes and effects analysis; effective data collection, analysis, and trending; and change management.

Rohde is a regular instructor and speaker at national seminars, audioconferences, and webcasts, as well as on CD and DVDs. He is also the author of many HCPro/Greeley books including:
