Maureen Connors Potter, RN, BSN, MSN, Vice President

Maureen Connors Potter, RN, BSN, MSN, is vice president for International Services with The Greeley Company, a division of HCPro, Inc., in Marblehead, MA. Former executive director for International Accreditation at the Joint Commission International (JCI), Potter leads the delivery of Greeley consulting services, including development and distribution of publications, information, education, training, and consulting, to the global market.

Potter has worked in healthcare for more than 30 years, including more than 20 years in various leadership roles with the U.S. Army Medical Department. She retired as a Lt. Colonel. Prior to joining the Greeley Company, she was managing director at Magellan Health Services, the leading diversified specialty healthcare management organization in the United States, where she was responsible for product oversight of the integrated disease management programs, including behavioral health and chronic diseases.

While at JCI, Potter oversaw the accreditation operations, including development of standards and survey processes. She also was executive director for The Joint Commission's Disease-Specific Care Certification Program. In that role, she oversaw all certification activities related to disease management services, including development of standards and review processes.

Potter has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Skidmore College in New York and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Delaware.
