Formed by The Greeley Company and HCPro, Inc., Greeley's Hospital Safety Institute is a unique membership organization dedicated to providing practical and sustainable solutions to your top life safety (LS), environment of care (EOC), and emergency management (EM) challenges.
Partnership with your Senior Greeley Advisor
As part of your membership, you will be assigned a Senior Advisor who will partner with you and advise you throughout your membership. Through ongoing communication and onsite visits, your advisor will provide an external validation of the effectiveness of your environment of care, life safety and emergency management programs. Your advisor will work with you and your staff to understand your needs and create an action plan—one that aligns with your goals and helps you develop, implement, and sustain solutions to the most problematic EOC, LS and EM challenges.
Onsite visits to facilitate excellence in environment of care, life safety and emergency management
Your Advisor will work with you to identify and address ongoing issues and develop the agenda for each of your onsite visits. They will help you implement your action plan, focusing on prioritized challenges and solutions.
Services may include:
- Complete Life Safety Code® services
- Life Safety Code® assessment
- SOC and Plan for Improvement reviews
- Interim Life Safety Measures program evaluation
- Continuous EOC readiness evaluations and program development
- Evaluation and improvement of Emergency Management program and emergency operations plan
- Development and implementation of EOC management plans, annual evaluations, and operational policies
