System Director CVO/Process Improvement – United States

6 months, full-time, onsite

*Salary: $60-110/hour
We’re looking for an experienced Credentialing Leader who is well-versed in process improvement and optimization. As an Interim Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the MD Staff Optimization project. You will work closely with Hospital Leadership to ensure proper progress on project plan. Deep experience with MD required. This position would be onsite for a period of 6 months with a chance to extend.


Credentialing Coordinator – Northeast

3 months, full-time, onsite

*Salary: $35-55/hour
As a Credentialing Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing Credentialing and Privileging applications. Experience with Primary Source Verifications, Initial and Reappointment applications, and assisting with credentials files. Assist with meetings. Echo experience is preferred. This position would be onsite. This is full-time, for 3 months, with a chance to extend.


Manager Medical Staff Services Department – Rural United States

3+ months, full-time, onsite (with option for some remote work)

*Salary: $50-90/hour
We’re looking for an experienced Leader in the Medical Staff Services space. As the Interim Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Medical Staff Office operations. You will manage a team of Credentialing Coordinators and Specialists. Experience with CredentialStream is strongly preferred. This role is onsite for at least 3 months, with the opportunity to extend. They may also be an option to do some work remotely.


Medical Staff Services Department Leaders – Various Locations

3+ months, full-time, onsite and hybrid

*Salary: $50-90/hour
We’re looking for experienced Leaders in the Medical Staff Services Department. As an Interim Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Medical Staff Office operations. You will manage teams of Credentialing Coordinators and Specialists. Experience with software like MSOW, MD Staff, Healthstream, and Cactus is in demand. These positions are either onsite or hybrid for at least 3 months, with the chance to extend. Opportunities to travel to unique locations across the country.


Credentials Database Specialist – Mid-Atlantic

3 months, full-time, onsite

*Salary: $40-66/hour
As a Database Specialist, you will assist Hospital in their efforts to properly implement CredentialStream software. Prior experience with Data Entry Validation, assisting with database transitions, and deep knowledge of Credentials Software needed. Deep CredentialStream software knowledge is required. This position would be onsite. This is full-time, for 3 months, with the opportunity to extend.


Quality & Accreditation Specialist(s) – Northwest

3 months, full-time, onsite

*Salary: $65-90/hour
As a Quality and/or Accreditation Specialist you’re responsible for ensuring all quality and accreditation processes and protocols are being followed. Department is going through a transformation and looking for experienced individuals to assist with Quality and Accreditation management. DNV experience preferred. These positions would be onsite, for at least 3 months, with the opportunity to extend.

The exact rate of pay for this role is not guaranteed and is dependent on the factors outlined above.
