We’re hiring Credentialing Specialists and Coordinators to join our network and support healthcare organizations during periods of high-volume demand, transition, or surge. In these roles, you will manage and support the end-to-end credentialing and recredentialing process, ensuring providers meet all qualifications, and regulatory standards while maintaining accurate, up-to-date records. Responsibilities may include primary source verification, application processing, file audits, data entry, reporting, and administrative coordination such as supporting meetings, agendas, and committee materials. Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with credentialing platforms such as MD-Staff, Cactus, CredentialStream, or similar systems, can work efficiently in fast-paced or fluid environments, and are known for reliability, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency. We’re hiring Provider Enrollment / Credentialing Specialists to support healthcare organizations during periods of growth, transition, or increased enrollment volume. In this role, you will manage and support payer and provider enrollment activities, working closely with providers, internal teams, and health plan representatives to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant enrollment across government and commercial payers. Responsibilities may include application submission and tracking, CAQH maintenance, payer follow-up, issue resolution, and documentation management in accordance with NCQA and payer-specific requirements. Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with enrollment platforms and workflows, demonstrate strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers, and are comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments where urgency, accuracy, and reliability are critical.
