Similar to a mock survey, a survey rehearsal couples issue identification with coaching and problem solving, enabling your institution to put its best foot forward the next time a CMS, state, or accreditation survey team comes to town. It covers all aspects of the survey process and can be flexed to review as many settings as you like.
DEEP DIVE #1: INFECTION PREVENTION PROCESS
In addition to a survey-level review of infection prevention processes our experienced experts will evaluate the qualifications, staffing, and effectiveness of your infection prevention effort, yielding a roadmap to improving the breadth and effectiveness of your program. You will receive an evaluation of infection-prevention staffing and organization, infection prevention committee efficiency and effectiveness, policy development and implementation, education, surveillance of infectious disease, and environmental and process monitoring.
DEEP DIVE #2: PERI-PROCEDURAL ASSESSMENT, INCLUDING STERILE PROCESSING AND HIGH-LEVEL DISINFECTION
Our seasoned and experienced consultants will view the details of the perioperative environment and processes with a very detailed evaluation of sterilization processes and results and high-level disinfection, including a more thorough review of instrument cleaning, transportation, and storage at the point of use (e.g., operating rooms, procedural suites, outpatient clinics).
