Aparna Ananth, MD, MBA

Aparna is an Independent Contractor working with Greeley as a Consultant and Speaker. Her interest is in coaching leaders and building a strong foundation based on open communication and trust between Medical Staffs and Healthcare organizations, as they move together towards mutual success in a patient centered environment.

With experience as a frontline clinician, Medical Staff Leader, Quality and Safety Champion, Risk Management and Professional Liability Consultant, as well as a Healthcare Executive, Aparna brings unique and powerful insights to her consulting practice. She has served on the front lines and governing Boards of organizations through growth and mergers, helping Medical Staffs navigate changes by developing strong internal leadership and alignment with organizational goals.

Aparna is a Fellowship-trained Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologist and served in her Healthcare Executive role as Chief Medical Officer of two community hospitals in the metro Seattle area. She is certified as an Executive Coach from the Hudson Institute of Coaching and has an Associate Coach Certification (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation.

Following her Anesthesiology Residency training at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit MI, Aparna did a Cardiothoracic Anesthesia Fellowship at the University of Washington, and subsequently obtained her master’s in business administration degree from the University of Massachusetts - Isenberg School of Business.

An avid outdoor enthusiast, Aparna spends her leisure time exploring the mountains and waters of the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
