Raúl Zambrano, MS, MD, FAAFP, FACHE, MRO
Dr. Raúl Zambrano is a Senior Consultant with Greeley and Program Director at Marion Health Family Residency Program. He brings more than 20 years of consulting and healthcare experience to the firm, particularly in the areas of credentialing, medical staff relations, hospital operations, quality improvement, coaching, and telehealth.

Though we can’t control everything, we are committed to doing our part to promote safety and good public health practices where we can.

Photography/Recording Disclaimer:
Greeley may record or photograph program activities for both archival and promotional purposes. By attending Greeley Program, attendees give Greeley unrestricted permission to use any attendee’s voice and image in any such archival or promotional recording or photography without any compensation or credit to the attendee.
Cancellation Policy:
1) Cancellations received by Greeley 45 days or more prior to the seminar start date are eligible for a credit or refund. The credit is valid for up to six months from the date of the canceled seminar.
2) Cancellations made 45 to 10 days prior to the seminar start date are ineligible for refunds but are eligible to transfer credit to another Greeley seminar. The credit is valid for up to six months from date of the canceled seminar.
3) Participants who cancel fewer than 10 days prior to the seminar start date are ineligible for refund/credit.
You may substitute registrants without penalty at any time as long as Greeley is contacted prior, and the initial registration is updated as the new attendee.

Payment Policy:
Greeley requires full payment of the registration fee upon booking. Registration is not guaranteed until payment is received. Invoice registration must be made 30 days prior to the start of the event, to ensure we receive payment prior to the start of the event.

If an attendee does not adhere to the policy they will be asked to leave the remainder of the conference and you will forfeit the cost of your registration.

- Prohibited Behaviors:
a. Intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, indecent, or demeaning speech or actions.

Hotel Reservation Policy:
The first night's deposit will be charged to your credit card upon confirmation of your reservation. We require (3) three nights' nonrefundable deposit 30 days prior to arrival. If you are booking more than 1 room, this policy applies to each room reserved. All reserved room nights will be charged full revenue for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows. Deposits are refundable if cancellations are received more than 30 days prior to the confirmed arrival date.
Food and Beverage Policy:
All food and beverage provided by Greeley are for paying attendees only that are attending the educational sessions. We will require a Greeley name badge to have access to the food and beverages amenities provided at the event. Please notify us at least three weeks in advance of the event if you have any dietary requirements.
