AVP, Operations

Denise Paquette is the Director of Operations with Greeley. She brings more than 20 years of experience to the firm in the areas of operational and financial management, training, and process development.

Focus areas include client contracting, business planning, revenue and sales forecasting, policy development, financial management systems, and IT licensing. 

Denise received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from The University of New Hampshire.

Why did you pick Chartis Clinical Quality Solutions?

I was initially interested in Chartis Clinical Quality Solutions because of its reputation and commitment to making healthcare better. When I interviewed, it was the people who made me want to work here and they continue to inspire me to want to stay.

What has been your favorite project at Chartis Clinical Quality Solutions and why?

I was the project manager for the implementation of our Professional Services Automation software. I enjoyed identifying challenges, wish lists, testing, and providing training to our team. The project finished on time and went off without a hitch!

Where’s your favorite place to visit and why?

Siesta Key, Florida is my favorite spot. The beach is beautiful. The soft white sand and crystal blue water make you feel like you’re on a tropical island. We’ve been visiting annually for years and don’t plan to stop.
