Don Baverman

Don Baverman is an Associate Partner at Chartis within the Financial Transformation Line of Business. He is focused on partnering with U.S. healthcare leaders to tackle their highest priority strategic and operational imperatives. 

With expertise in financial performance improvement, M&A, and integration planning and execution, in combination with a proactive approach to team building and project management, Don partners with health systems to navigate complex challenges, drive efficiency, and achieve sustainable growth. Don's recent clients range from the nation's leading health systems and academic medical centers to small community hospitals and physician groups across the country.

Prior to joining Chartis, Don was a member of the Healthcare Consulting practice at Guidehouse (formerly Navigant). 

Don received a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Miami University Farmer School of Business. In addition, Don has received ongoing professional certifications throughout his career, including a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
