Michelle Hutto, RN, is a Senior Consultant. She brings over 27 years of experience as a registered nurse across diverse healthcare environments. She is a recognized subject matter expert in women’s and children’s services, including neonatal ICU and pediatric ICU, oncology, and both academic and inpatient nursing education. Michelle has collaborated on initiatives for restructuring emergency and education departments, contributed to plans of correction, and has served on several mock survey teams. Her clinical and leadership expertise continues to support quality improvement and operational excellence in healthcare settings.
Prior to joining Chartis, Michelle was an Independent Consulting Associate for Greeley and an Oncology and Genetic Nurse Navigator at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas.
In addition to her extensive clinical and leadership experience, Michelle has held a Certification in Pediatric Nursing for 16 years. She has also served as a Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Instructor for the past 10 years, demonstrating her commitment to pediatric care and clinical education.
Michelle received her Master of Science in nursing education from The University of South Alabama, and her Bachelor of Science in nursing from University of Texas Medical Branch.
