Dr. Ted A. James is an executive physician leader with extensive experience as a medical director for cancer service lines, in surgical department leadership, and as a consultant with Greeley. With over 20 years of experience, he has led significant initiatives in patient-centered care, quality improvement, and strategic healthcare management.
Dr. James focuses on physician leadership development and advises healthcare organizations on complex transformations. He develops strategies that enhance patient care, streamline operations, and promote cultures of continuous improvement.
Previously, Dr. James served as a physician leadership coach and as a healthcare management consultant, specializing in change management and organizational culture.
Dr. James holds a Master of Health Care Management from Harvard School of Public Health and a Medical Degree from Drexel University College of Medicine. He completed his Surgical Oncology Fellowship at Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
