Tina Turner is an Associate Partner with Greeley and a nationally recognized healthcare consultant specializing in provider lifecycle transformation, medical staff governance, credentialing and privileging, provider enrollment, peer review, NCQA delegated credentialing, and healthcare operations. With more than 30 years of experience, Tina partners with hospitals, health systems, and medical groups to optimize the provider lifecycle, strengthen regulatory compliance, improve operational performance, accelerate provider onboarding, and reduce time-to-revenue for new providers.
Before joining Greeley, Tina held executive leadership roles within large, multi-hospital health systems, where she led medical staff operations, credentialing and privileging, provider enrollment, peer review, and centralized verification services. She directed enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that standardized medical staff governance, provider operations, credentialing, enrollment, medical staff bylaws, and technology platforms across 15 hospitals. Tina also implemented enterprise credentialing and provider lifecycle programs supporting more than 8,000 practitioners, improving provider onboarding, operational efficiency, governance, peer review, and technology optimization while strengthening consistency across the organization.
A nationally recognized speaker and published thought leader, Tina has presented at the National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS), state medical staff services association conferences, healthcare webinars, and executive leadership forums. She is widely recognized for her expertise in medical staff governance, credentialing and privileging, provider enrollment, peer review, regulatory compliance, NCQA delegated credentialing, and healthcare operations transformation.
Tina holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and maintains the Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM), Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS), and Certified Project Manager (CPM) credentials. She remains active in advancing the profession through speaking, mentoring, and thought leadership, helping healthcare organizations modernize provider operations, improve provider access, strengthen regulatory compliance, and optimize financial performance.
