Problem Physician Performance

Disruptive physician behavior, poor and marginal clinical care and other chronic performance problems consume physician leadership time and energy. We assess provider conduct or clinical care and work with leaders to develop and implement a clear action plan to either help the provider improve or engineer their exit. We coach leaders in how to conduct difficult interventions with problem physicians and participate in these interventions as needed.
