Dyad Leadership Bootcamp

Moving from Dysfunctional to “Dynamic” Duos

Healthcare is too complex for physicians or administrative leaders to go it alone. Effective dyad performance at every level is a competitive advantage for achieving key strategic goals. Successful leadership dyads break down traditional professional silos and ensure joint accountability for organizational performance. Participants will learn the “DOs” and “DON’Ts” for great dyad performance, how to diagnose and resolve dyad challenges, and new tools and skills for overcoming barriers to high performance together. During the program participants will work on real-life organizational initiatives that have not achieved the required level of performance, coming away with clear action plans and a new level of partnership.
