From Diagnosis to Treatment: Getting to Work on the Root Causes of Burnout
Develop a multi -stream action plan to address key organizational drivers of burnout by building leadership commitment, strengthening integration and connectedness, reducing unnecessary work, and designing targeted interventions for high -risk clinicians
